TURN is a consumer advocacy group that works to make sure California residents receive the highest quality power, phone, and internet services at fair and equitable prices. They focus on helping low-income households, small businesses, residents of under-served communities, and other vulnerable Californians through legal and legislative work, as well as community organization and activism. I was fortunate enough to work on numerous projects for this organization. Featured here is a 48-page training manual, an Annual Report, and an awards ceremony program.
